Justice of the Pies is a Chicago-based bakery founded in 2014 by chef and owner Maya-Camille Broussard to honour her late father, criminal defence attorney and self-proclaimed "Pie Master" Stephen J. Broussard. Located on the city's South Side in the Avalon Park neighbourhood, the bakery is renowned for its creative and delectable pies, quiches, and tarts. Signature offerings include inventive flavours like Strawberry Basil Key Lime, Blue Cheese Praline Pear, and Salted Caramel Peach.

Beyond its baked goods, Justice of the Pies is deeply committed to social impact. Maya-Camille, a hard-of-hearing pastry chef who gained national attention on the Netflix series "Bake Squad", has designed her bakery to be a model of inclusivity, featuring ADA-compliant counters, tactile flooring, and Braille signage. The business also hosts the "I KNEAD LOVE" workshop, a programme that teaches children from lower-income communities basic cooking skills and nutritional development. In 2020, she founded The Broussard Justice Foundation, a nonprofit focused on eradicating food insecurity and decreasing health disparities in underserved communities.
