AndySunflower Cafe is a Black-owned and women-owned coffee business founded in 2018 by owner and barista Andrea O. Robinson, who taught herself the art of coffee making over a decade before becoming a certified barista. What began as a mobile coffee cart evolved into a beloved brick-and-mortar cafe located inside the Ain't She Sweet Cafe in Chicago's Beverly community, with additional locations previously operating in the West Loop and Pullman neighbourhoods.

Signature drinks include the "Andy's Way" latte, Lavender Oat Milk Latte, Espresso Tonic topped with fresh citrus, and the Rosy Rose latte, alongside classic Americanos, macchiatos, and cold brew available in take-home gallons.
